McCann is currently seeking qualified applicants for the Senior Sales Representative position.
The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly, semi-annual and annual revenue goals; closing business; generating leads for our software services; providing web-based demonstrations to prospects and customers; and providing consultative selling and management to a growing base of higher education, government, certification and corporate customers. Travel is expected as needed.
Requirements

Seven (7) years of proven sales experience in higher education, government, certification or corporate markets.

Self-motivated, friendly and self-starting personality.

Strong leadership and motivational skills; proven ability to meet or exceed goals consistently.

Exceptional written, oral and listening communication skills.

Excellent prospecting and presentation skills; ability to deliver persuasive, engaging, and convincing demos of software products.

Proven ability to create and execute a sales plan; build a pipeline; and close business commensurate with corporate goals.

Demonstrates enthusiasm and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Office applications is required.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads for our outside sales staff and Director of Sales, closing business equivalent to or greater than expectations, and various other sales activities provided in the description below. This position is based at our corporate office in Newtown, Pennsylvania. Travel requirements are minimal.
Duties and Responsibilities

Make outbound phone calls in accordance with sales plan.

Establish and track pipeline in accordance with sales plan.

Input data to the sales database pertaining to new and existing accounts generated by inside and/or outside sales personnel.

Schedule and conduct product demos.

Close business, process orders and ensure a smooth start up with new clients.

Renew customer base annually.

Create weekly/monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual reports for initial contacts, demos, and closed business performance.

Provide assistance to outside sales representatives.

Organize conferences, trade shows, and workshops for sales personnel.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations.

Assist in proposal process.

Draft correspondence to customers and staff.

Create email and other sales campaigns.

Send email campaigns weekly and follow up with phone calls.

Additional duties and responsibilities as determined by Sales Manager.
