Pam Kirby has 18 years of experience designing, developing and implementing high-stakes and diagnostic professional and educational assessments for public and private organizations worldwide. As Vice President of McCann Associates, Pam is committed to meeting the needs of various clients and creatively does so by leveraging patented artificial intelligence technology, natural language understanding and web-based learning objects to create assessment programs that empower clients to manage every aspect of their program effectively and efficiently. Dedicated to excellence in testing, Pam's consulting team provides psychometric and test development services including job analyses, test specification development, item writing workshops, test creation and review workshops, cut score study workshops, item analysis and test validation studies for linear and adaptive testing models using classical test theory and item response theory, as appropriate. Pam received her law degree from Temple University and a B.S. degree from the University of South Florida.

Keith Webster is a seasoned sales professional with over 20 years of both territory sales and sales management. Much of his time over the years has been spent generating revenue through creating demand for products and services as well as the management and growth of sales forces nationwide. As the Director of Sales for Drexel eLearning Mr. Webster took a start up eLearning company to over $45 million dollars of revenue in less than 6 years. He was responsible for the establishment of many strategic partnerships as well the overall business plan for growth. Mr. Webster's tenure in the technology sector has allowed him to develop and maintain significant relationships in the Higher Education, Corporate, Certification and Government markets. Mr. Webster is a graduate of Cornell University with a BA in Economics and also has an MBA from Drexel University. Mr. Webster currently resides in Philadelphia with his wife and two children.

Arbelle Dolev is an experienced senior project manager and has been managing the successful implementation of complex, world-wide assessment programs for McCann Associates' clients. Arbelle oversees project management and operational support staff and is directly responsible for the oversight of all McCann projects. This includes leading and managing all development work for the suite of McCann products as well as custom development work for clients, on a need basis. Arbelle also personally trains all new McCann clients on utilizing our innovative products to their fullest potential. She is also serving as the 2009 Survey Committee Chairperson for the Association of Test Publishers. Arbelle received her law degree from Tel Aviv University and is admitted in both the New York and the Israeli Bar.
